What is the Walk4Jesus
The Walk for Jesus 2026 is a 5K (3.2 mile) walk that takes approximately 1 hour to complete. This uplifting event will be held either at the Catalina Foothills State Park, or Reed Park in Tucson, AZ. The main purpose of the Walk for Jesus is to unite our local Christian residents and visitors, all participating with a shared mission. We aim to fulfill God's master plan by bringing all His people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The goal of this event is to encourage as many fellow Christians as possible to invite a special person who has not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. At the finish line, we will have a stage featuring amazing testimonies and encouraging words from several local pastors, designed to plant seeds of truth in the hearts of non-believers. This aligns with God's 'Great Commission' as revealed in Matthew 28:19: 'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you to the end of the age.'
